I have been wearing Cheaneys for 25 years, but this was my first time buying from the online store. The quality is as good as it has always been. Customer service is something we only find out about when things go wrong.

I was sent a size smaller than what I had ordered, and to make matters worse, the size I originally ordered was now out of stock online. I called customer service to see if there was anything they could do. The phone was immediately answered by a human being and the lady I spoke to, understood the problem and was very helpful. She requested the correct size from one of Cheaney's brick-and-mortar stores and meanwhile I returned the incorrect shoes via DPD's next day service which was paid for by Cheaney. I received the correct shoes by Saturday courier just 2 days after I reported the error.

I'm truly impressed: Cheaney made a mistake initially - unfortunate but it happens - but then went out of their way to fix it. I will not hesitate to buy from the online store again after this experience.

I love the shoes as I am a loyal customer to Cheaney. However, it was delivered to the wrong address. So i had to fetch the order myself.

Fantastic quality shoes. I have had Cheaney shoes before. They are first rate. A traditional quality company and craftsman and women in a world full of disposable rubbish.

Shoes are comfortable, look great but are a bit squeaky.

Return process is excellent (returned shoes that didn't fit quite right).

Build quality, service, shipping, and experience has been the best! The boots are stunning, warm, and comfortable. Strongly recommend them, but size up a bit for thicker socks to get the most out of them.

Always high-quality shoes and great styles. I have bought several pairs of shoes from Cheaney's and admire their craftsmanship and presentation. Good shoes will last a lifetime if cared for and nurtured. Take time to understand the shoes and spend time caring for them.

Really lovely boots, great fit. It did take 2 send backs ( faulty boot , rather oddly both pairs had faults with left boot !) great customer service and very pleased with the eventually perfect product.

Ordered online. Would suggest you go down half a size to normal. Unless Cheaneys are your normal. Having done so the shoes fit great and look good. Highly recommend.

I had an immediate response to my order submitted over the Christmas holiday period and the items were dispatched almost immediately.
An error in the order (on my part I think) was resolved without delay and without question by Kirsty and the correct item was sent by return of post without cost.
